- Pixels on any grid will cost you 25 cents per pixel, with the minimum purchase being $25. The length of time that your pixel ad will run is one year.
- When you purchase pixels you are only buying the right to have
your image and link published on The Site, you will not "own" any
part of THE SITE.
- Once your image and links are published on THE SITE, there will be no refunds.
- THE SITE and homepage grids will be online for a minimum of 5
years. (Which is an eternity in internet years). If THE SITE is
successful, then this will become an ongoing and open ended project,
and will provide extremely cheap advertising for those willing
to take a chance now!
- Links and images, once submitted and published, can not be changed
by the pixel ad purchaser. The only exception is if you have a
strong reason why you need a change to your image/link, eg. your
site no longer exists, lawsuits, etc. The only
links that may be changed are links going to specific, individual
TOYZ, that have been sold, or pulled from the
market, and the pixel ad purchaser wishes to advertise another
TOY. To do so, please send an email to changemyad@milliondollartoyz.com.
There will, however, be an additonal charge for this service as
the pixels will have to be purchased again but the price will be
discounted 50%.
- If a person has purchased pixels and we are hosting the page
with the information relating to their TOY, then know
that once it is posted,
(uploaded), there will be no alterations or modifications performed
on said page unless there are major changes to the listing that
need to be made, such as incorrect or misleading information, in which case
there will be an additional, nominal fee charged.
- We reserve the right to make material changes to these features
if it is deemed appropriate, and the costs or labor involved
in maintaining these pages becomes too great. Changes made will
normally affect only new purchasers.
- Images and links are subject to approval. No obscene, offensive, or adult images will be accepted. If an image or link is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide alternate ones, otherwise your money will be refunded and your pixels will be resold.
- If your link is accepted and published, and you later change the linked site to show obscene, offensive or adult material, then your link will be removed, and you must submit another appropriate alternative.
- If you wish to remove your link and image from THE SITE, just
send an email to support@milliondollartoyz.com.
But no refund will be made, and the pixels will once again become
available for purchase.
- Images should be of a reasonable size, (no high defintion please),
and they will be converted to the PNG format and automatically
resized to fit the exact size you have paid for (eg. 100 pixels
= 10x10 pixels). This term applies to images meant for display
on the pixel grid.
- Images must NOT be animated.
- You must have the authority to provide the image and link for
the website you submit.
- You are prohibited from reselling your pixel blocks.
- Funds must be fully recieved and cleared before your pixels go
live on the homepage.
- There might be occasional downtime for site maintenence but that
will be kept to a minimum.
- Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared, your pixel
image and link should be online within 24-48hrs, but if things
take off it might take a little while longer, (so please have
patience).
